After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a B.A. in Kinesiology, Dr. Ishkanian-Neal obtained her D.M.D. degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in 2010. She is an associate general dentist at Flores Family Dental in Las Vegas, served as an adjunct faculty member at UNLV School of Dental Medicine and volunteers in many areas of organized dentistry. She completed a term as Chair and District 14 representative to the ADA New Dentist Committee, served with the ADA Council of Ethics Bylaws and Judicial Affairs and is currently an ADA Success speaker giving programs on topics most relevant to dental students. In addition, to her work with new dentists, she was also the program coordinator for Give Kids a Smile Las Vegas in 2016 and 2017.
