Vlatka serves as the Director of the U.S. Women in Business team for Business Banking at BMO Harris Bank. She is responsible for developing programing, educational content and mentoring opportunities for women owned business across the bank’s U.S footprint. Her team works directly with relationship managers and small business owners by offering guidance in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Vlatka oversees the relationship with the American Dental Association for the Member Advantage-endorsed dental practice financing provider program. Vlatka strongly believes in the advancement of women in business and entrepreneurship. She is passionate about connecting, activating, and elevating’s women’s entrepreneurship through knowledge transfer, meaningful networking and mentoring. Vlatka is also passionate about applying specialized industry knowledge to create customized products, trainings and tools that accompany different industries and has built financing programs for Dental Practices, Independent Insurance brokers, Homeowner and Condominium Associations and Funeral Homes. For the past 15 years, she has been working with privately held companies to deliver innovative, industry-specific financing and cash management solutions to meet their diverse needs. Vlatka earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Elmhurst College and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband and three daughters.
