Course Overview
All aspects of reopening your practice after
COVID-19 are discussed, including implementing effective protocols for efficient
productivity, staff concerns, patient perception and scheduling. Practice real
estate, location suitability and facility modifications will also be reviewed.
Exit plans, pre- and post-COVID, are one of the primary topics analyzed, along
with practice entry opportunities pre- vs. post-COVID. There will be a
discussion on practice values post-COVID in light of the continued availability
of lender financing. The possible impact on the future of corporate practice
will also be explored. Finally, contingency planning for future unbelievable
events and the importance of strategic planning will be
considered.
