Prices

To qualify for ADA Member prices,* be sure to login. All others will be charged nonmember prices which are 50% higher than member prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. If this occurs, adjustments may be made to your order. *Non-profit organizations, U.S. governmental agencies, constituent and component dental societies, and other recognized professional dental organizations enjoy the privilege of member prices.

Payment

The ADA accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Business and personal checks are also accepted for mail in orders. If you plan on paying by check, please call the ADA Member Service Center, 800.947.4746 prior to mailing your payment in order to get your shipping and handling charges to include with your total.

Shipping Information

Orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States are sent by standard UPS shipping. States and U.S. territories outside the contiguous 48 United States may incur higher shipping charges. Be sure to include the following: street address, daytime phone number and e-mail address.

Rush Orders

If you call by 11:00 a.m. CST, overnight or 2nd day air service is available within the contiguous 48 United States. Please contact a Member Service Advisor at 800.947.4746 for assistance and pricing.

Orders Outside the Contiguous United States

Please call 312.440.7727 to place an order from outside the contiguous 48 United States and its territories. All international orders (including Canada and the Caribbean) must be prepaid with Visa or MasterCard. Your shipping charges—including duty, tariff and taxes—will be calculated once your order is received. Be sure to include your e-mail address and fax number, as well as daytime phone number, with your order so that we may contact you with the final total before shipment is made.

Returns & Exchanges

If you choose to return an item, please call our Member Service Advisors to expedite processing. Please return items in the original packaging if possible. Include customer name, order number and reason for return and let us know if you want a replacement, refund, or an exchange. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. On DVD and CD-ROM returns, a $15 restocking charge may be applied. If an item arrives to you damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact our Member Service Advisors immediately for a replacement.
