Overview
This course provides an overview of the
ADA evidence-based clinical recommendations for management of active caries
lesions using non-restorative treatments, with a focus on sealants, fluoride
products, resin infiltration and SDF. The advantage of generating minimal
aerosols and droplets when performing non-restorative treatments and a look at
the potential dental benefit aspects of adopting such procedures for managing
caries in dental practice will also be discussed.
