Overview
This is the second in a three-part course series presented in partnership by the
ADA and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The session,
presented by Dwayne Jeffcoat, staff coordinator for the diversion control division of
the DEA, focuses on DEA record keeping regulations, DEA inspection,
and possible sanctions for violations of the Controlled Substance Act
(CSA).
