to dentists who are active members with the American Dental Association
and practice outside of the Greater St. Louis area. The 2021annual fee for
Affiliate Membership is $185.00. Members receive free registration
to the 2021 Mid-Continent
Dental Congress.
Affiliate membership is not available for non-ADA
Members.
