IDPAC/ADPAC contributions are voluntary and
refusal to contribute does not affect membership rights. If your practice
is incorporated, contributions must be by personal check. PAC
contributions received on corporate checks will be returned. If you make a
political contribution with the use of a credit card, you MUST PAY THE CREDIT
CARD WITH PERSONAL FUNDS. Contributions are not deductible for federal
income tax purposes. Iowa state law requires political committees to
report the name and mailing address for each individual whose contributions
aggregate in excess of $50.00 in a calendar year. Federal law requires
political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name
of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of
$200.00 in a calendar year.
