Affiliate membership is for a dentist who is an active or life member in good standing of any constituent society of the American Dental Association other than the MDA. Affiliate membership includes a subscription to the Focus magazine.

You must renew your tripartite membership in the state you currently practice in PRIOR to becoming an MDA Affiliate member.
